Rugged Toad Adventure Triathlon

The most fun and gritty adventure triathlon in the Cedar Valley! Get your adventure on with a 4.6 paddle down the Cedar River, a 2.2 mile trail run and 6.8 mile mountain bike at Ingawanis Woodland. A fundraiser for Ingawanis Woodland. Registration closes August 21. Spectators will be allowed at the start of the race at Brookwood Park in Waverly and at the Ingawanis Woodland / Eagle Lodge run/bike transition area and finish line.
