Presentation of Rise: A Spiritual Resistance at 7:30 is free and open to public. Rise is an evening of music, poetry, and remembrance, presented by Ryan Haskins, featuring musicians of the Sioux City Symphony, Sioux City’s own clarinetist Ben Baron, and vocalist Loralee Songer. This powerful performance intertwines the music, art, and poetry of the Holocaust—honoring resilience and the enduring spirit of artistic expression. An open house will follow at Holocaust Rails on Thursday, April 10 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
