The public is invited free of charge to ring the famous Japanese Freedom Bell on the Iowa State Capital Grounds. This is part of the launch party for Ring In Peace which is a program to promote World Peace. Everyone is invited. The time that bell the bell will be available to ring on Sunday May 5th is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The pubic will have the opportunity to ring the famous Japanese Freedom Bell as part of a launch celebration for Ring In Peace.
