Girls Scout Cookies & Wine Pairing Flights

March 16-17: We love Girl Scout Cookies, and we love WINE, so we have decided to offer a specialty pairing with these 2 delicious treats together! We have gone thru the tedious task of tasting various Girl Scout Cookies (hard day at work ??) and have made our decisions! This is what we are featuring: Samoas: Crisp cookies with caramel, coconut, and chocolaty stripes  Paired with our Edelweiss Wine. This Iowa grape produces a light & refreshing white wine with hints of citrus and pineapple, and finishes with a cozy slightly smoky finish. The warmth of this satisfying white wine is a beautiful complement to the caramel and honey flavors of this chewy gooey cookie. Do-si-dos | Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies: Crunchy oatmeal sandwich cookies with peanut butter filling Paired with our Concord Wine. Can we say, "Peanut Butter Jelly Time!?" This flavor combination is a fun adult version of the peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. Thin Mints: Crisp, chocolate cookies dipped in a delicious mint chocolaty coating Paired with our LOVERS' Cranberry & Plum Wine: Sweet red plum and tart cranberries blend together to make our deliciously decadent Lovers’ wine. The bold and sweet flavors of this wine are a perfect complement to the distinct flavor of this number one selling cookie. It's a FLAVOR PARTY! To add in to the fun, one of our favorite local girl scouts will be selling girl scout cookies in our store on Saturday, the 16th! We'll also have a NA Kid's Cookie Flight available as well!
