Expressions Art Auction

Supporting Arts and Culture in Fort Madison can be fun and rewarding! Get your group together for the Expressions Art Auction hosted by the Fort Madison Area Arts Association on April 13th at McAleer Hall located at 415 11th Street in Fort Madison. Doors open at 6:00pm. This annual fundraiser provides a significant portion of the Art Center’s annual operating budget. This year, the Auction features many fun experiences to bid on in addition to local artistry. Many generous donors are providing adventures like a ghost hunting tour, the opportunity to work with local artists on location in their studios to create your own piece of work, or fun outings to St. Louis to take in Cardinals Games. Tickets may be purchased for $50 each at the Art Center or online at fortmadisonart.com, or at the door the evening of for $60 each. Your ticket entitles you to two drink tickets, heavy appetizers, and an assortment of Kelly’s Cakes for dessert. ¬¬¬VIP Tables for eight people are $450 and include two bottles of wine for the table. This event funds a significant portion of the Art Center’s annual operating budget. The FMAAA hopes to raise $25,000 in ticket sales and through the generosity of Auction bidders.
