EGG-stravaganza at the Discovery Center

Celebrate Spring at EGG-stravaganza! Saturday, March 30, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the children's museum! Bring children and the whole family to Celebrate Spring -- and bring your camera for great photo opportunities:) Dye REAL eggs to take home (no egg hunts, here!) ... Hold and care for baby chicks ... Pet bunnies ... and Meet a baby lamb ... So many wonderful ways to Celebrate Spring! Every year, our Discovery Center baby chicks are donated by Etta Culver, and her family at Schlecht Hatchery in Miles, Iowa. Also, our friends, the Lower family, of Clinton, are kind enough to bring their 4-H bunnies and lambs to share. We thank both of these families so much for their generous support of EGG-stravaganza Spring Celebration at the children’s museum. Following the event, the baby chicks will be at the Discovery Center for 2 weeks.
