Dvorak's 8th Symphony

The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra promotes quality orchestral experiences for regional community and musicians by providing live performances, educational opportunities and rural outreach programs for all ages. Organized in 1950, SEISO is recognized as one of Iowa's most prominent community-based orchestras. The 2024-2025 Masterworks Concert Series is SEISO's 74th season; the spring concert features Antonín Dvorák's joyful and lyrical Eighth Symphony, plus 2024 Young Artist Competition Winner Kaylee Blunier performing Weber's Concertino for Clarinet and the Southeast Iowa Symphony Chorus performing Hagenberg's Illuminare.
