Main Street Coon Rapids is hosting their second biannual Downtown Harvest Party Saturday, September 14 starting at 5 p.m. The event is a celebration of community and a fundraiser for the non-profit’s business grant program. This year’s Downtown Harvest Party is a multi-course meal featuring seasonal ingredients, prepared by talented local chefs. While enjoying the tastes of fall, guests will be treated to live music by Neva Alden. All this great music, food and beverages will be set up outside on Main Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. One long table will line the center parking, making it the perfect opportunity to connect with old friends and make new ones. Proceeds from the Downtown Harvest Party will fund the Main Street Coon Rapids Business Startup and Expansion Grants. These grants were created to encourage new startup and expansion businesses.
