Welcome to the City of Christmas Display of Lights at Rand Park in Keokuk, Iowa! As you journey through the park, we hope you feel the Spirit of the Holiday Season! Three decades of memories have been shared by visitors to the City of Christmas, with nearly 20,000 vehicles passing through Rand Park each year. It now features over 150 light displays and over one million Christmas lights, so take your time, make as many trips as you like and enjoy it all! Free of charge. Donations accepted.
