Join us for an unforgettable fusion of fur and fitness at Canines & CrossFit with CrossFit Valley Junction!  Get ready for a pawsitively amazing workout as Crossfit trainers take over Paws to teach you the basics of CrossFit, sprinkled with some light cardio moves. Check-in starts at 10:30, and we're kicking things off with an adorable warm-up featuring adoptable puppies from our rescue partner. Class officially starts at 11a.m.. For just $10 at the door, you support our rescue partner in their mission to find loving forever homes for dogs in need. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) Don't forget to bring your own workout mat and gear up for a 30-45 minute heart-pumping workout. Then, cool down with the cuddly adoptable puppies again. ??
