Bowman, Pickney, & Evans return to Wild Rose Clinton as part of their The Long Farewell Tour! Johnny Trash will take the stage after Bowman, Pickney & Evans. Join us in the Oakwood Grand Ballroom at Wild Rose Clinton on Saturday, November 30, 2024. Doors will open at 6:00 pm and the show will begin at 7:00 pm. Bowman, Pickney & Evans has been playing together for forty-four years. Bruce Bowman, Mike Pickney and Mitch Evans started out as a dynamic vocal acoustic trio in 1980 then added a drummer a year later becoming a full-time band. BPE anchored their song "Air Guitar" on the Quad Cities’ 97X LP and a year later "Poetry in Justice" on 99 PLUS LP out of Muscatine, IA. Bruce, Mike and Mitch were inducted into the Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame in 2018. Bowman, Pickney, & Evans have been fortunate enough to build a huge fan base over the years, and their shows have always led to packed houses. Joining the trio is special guest and local drummer extraordinaire, Matt Finn! 2024 Iowa Rock 'n Roll Hall of fame inductee, Johnny Trash, is a Dubuque based hard rock cover band formed in 1993. Members of the band are Craig Ihm, Gene Rokusek, Tony Rokusek, Gary Newsom, and (Clinton native) Steve Napolitano. Johnny Trash has performed non-stop for over 30 years with in-your-face guitars, sturdy rhythm section, and "up-front" stage presence. Covering bands such as AC/DC, Kiss, Tesla, Judas Priest, Cheap Trick, and more; Johnny Trash aims to please the crowd and get 'em fired up!
