Battle of Belmont, Missouri

Take a step back in time on Friday – September 12th thru Sunday – September 14th at East Park in Mason City as you witness The Mason City Civil War Council present the Battle of Belmont, MO. There will be free education, music, infantry & artillery drills, battle & medical demonstrations, a Period Ball, Period Sutlers and food vendors onsite. Camps are open all weekend to talk to the reenactors. • Friday: Camps Set Up & School Day – 9 AM to 3 PM / Open Camp – 4 PM to 6 PM • Saturday: Camps Open to Public – 9 AM / Artillery & Infantry Drill – 10 AM / Dunking of Mary Ragan – 11:15 AM / Battle of Belmont Missouri – 1 PM / Pie Auction – 3:30 PM / Military Dress Ball – 8 PM / Night Fire – 10 PM / Camps Close – 11 PM • Sunday: Camps Open to Public – 9 AM / Period Church Service – 9 AM / Artillery & Infantry Drill – 10:30 AM / Battle of Belmond – 1 PM / Camps Close – 4 PM
