Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra 2024 Artist-in-Residence and world renowned violinist Magdiell Antequera presents the SEISO premier of a unique lesser known gem from Bernstein, Serenade (After Plato’s “Symposium”), followed by one of the world’s greatest symphonies, Dmitri Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5, written under the weight of the Stalin regime’s criticisms.
