Musical Performance: The Controversial 1876 Presidential Election

Join us for a fun musical theater performance at the Union Sunday School directed by Janet Schlapkohl. 1876 Presidential Candidates Rutherford B. Hayes and Samuel Tilden have accepted an invitation to this song-fest and will be there to give short speeches. No rotten vegetables allowed inside and the sheriff will be present to stop riotous behavior! Performance starts at 2:00 p.m. at the Union Sunday School at 406 Larrabee Street, Clermont. Free will donations. Light reception to follow at the Clermont Opera House sponsored by the Clermont Historical Society.
