Forest & Nature Therapy Walk

Join Forest Spirit LLC and Iowa County Conservation for a Couples Forest Therapy Walk at Lake Iowa Park. Take time to relax, disconnect and feed your soul. The invitations will be partner based. Grab your spouse, parent, co-worker, best friend, or anyone of your choice and register today. This gentle guided walk will focus on using all your senses to explore the park and is based on shinrin-yoku or forest therapy which has shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, lower blood pressure, provide relaxation, offer a connection with nature and many other health benefits. Dress to be outside, you may want to bring a blanket or small camping chair. There will be sit maps available for use. The cost is $30 per couple.
