The Essence of Lavender Workshoppe

A purple pick-me-up? Look no further than lavender! Lavender is much more than just a beautifully fragrant plant. In this two-hour workshoppe, former lavender farm owner and Rose Farm educator Erin Dougherty, will share information on varieties of lavender and their uses, the benefits and applications of lavender (including both garden + homeopathic), and how to plant and care for lavender. Guests will enjoy a Rose Farm garden tour, where they will cut and bundle fresh lavender stems. A Rose Farm signature sachet keepsake will also be used to harvest dried lavender buds. The Fresh lavender stems and dried lavender, along with a 4-inch lavender plant in a ceramic pot, will go home with every guest. Guests will also walk away with a new knowledge, love, and appreciation for lavender.
