Older, Wiser, Livelier, Souls Silos and Smokestacks Grand Tour–Grout Museum/Sullivan Brothers Veterans Museum Thursday, March 20th Reservations Required Join Older, Wiser, Livelier, Souls for the 2025 season beginning on Thursday, March 20th. This year’s theme is a grand tour of the Silos and Smokestacks National Heritage Area. March’s destination will be a visit to the Grout Museum/Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum in Waterloo, Iowa. Please meet at Osborne Park at 9:30 to carpool to our destination. Join us the 3rd Thursday of each month, March through November, for O.W.L.S., Older Wiser Livelier Souls. March’s tour of the Grout Museum of History and Science and the Sullivan Brothers Veterans Museum are two of Iowa’s finest, state-of-the-art museums. Each month will feature a new Silos and Smokestacks Site, so join us as we explore the Silos and Smokestacks National Heritage Area Reservations are required.
