National Balloon Classic, Indianola
For nine days every summer, the skies over south central Iowa fill with colorful hot air balloons as the National Balloon Classic descends on Indianola. The event features daily balloon flights, night glows, fireworks, live music and the chance to take a ride in a hot air balloon.
