Living Loess: Ultimate Passport to the Loess Hills

Loess Hills Woodworks
Marvel at the handcrafted quality furniture and custom cabinetry built with locally-harvested hardwoods. The showroom also features local art by Barbara Gallaher Designs and Harvest Design.

 

Honey Creek Creamery
A certified goat dairy situated in a historic bunkhouse on a century farm. Sample artisan cheese crafted using fresh goat milk. You might even get a chance to milk a goat!

 

Hitchcock Nature Center
The Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock features a 45-foot adjoining observation tower. Ascend the tower to get a unique view of the Loess Hills flora and fauna.

 

Sawmill Hollow
This is the first aronia berry farm in the country and has a naturally-fed lake visible from the comfort of the lodge. Sample smoothies, juice, wines and gourmet foods made with aronia berries.

 

Loess Hills Lavender Farm
This farm has over 15 acres and provides a peaceful experience centered around the mystical and magical herb, Lavender. Try the lavender food, lotions or bath products to experience a piece of the farm in your home.

 

Harrison County Historical Village and Loess Hills Interpretive Center
This welcome center includes the new Lincoln Highway and Loess Hills Interpretive Center featuring films, a scenic overlook and Loess Hills trail.

 

Museum of the Religious Arts
This museum is dedicated to educating and inspiring those longing to revisit their religious heritage through the skills of Judeo/Christian art and artifacts.
