Dinner begins with a Caesar salad made with romaine, grated parmesan, croutons and asiago dressing paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by beef tenderloin with an In the Dark reduction and served with a baked potato and haricots verts paired with Tassel Ridge In the Dark. For dessert, enjoy a trio of Chocolaterie Stam chocolate bonbons paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink.
