Celebrate the harvest at Tassel Ridge Vineyards with dinner at Tassel Ridge Winery. Dinner begins with a salad of greens, celery, grapes, mushrooms, almonds, and vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight and is followed by a grilled mustard chicken breast with fresh corn polenta and broccoli paired with Tassel Ridge American Chardonnay. For dessert, enjoy Chef Heather’s rustic strawberry shortcake paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow®.
