Feature is baby-back pork ribs prepared by Steve Heaberlin. Slow smoked baby back pork ribs with honey BBQ sauce will be served with an Italian heirloom tomato salad with fresh basil and mozzarella. Along side, fresh Iowa sweet corn and creamy buttermilk coleslaw.
Cherry, Prima Rosa, or the Aronia wines would go well with the pork.
