Entree is a pork loin by Phillips Catering. The pecan-crusted pork loin will be topped with a peach and pear sauce, served with a seasoned acorn and spaghetti squash combo along with sweet potato and baby red potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce. Dessert is in the works.
