Our Friday Wine and Dine continues with Valentine Food Company's popular slow smoked beef brisket. The brisket will be served with steamed french green beans with smoked bacon and toasted almond butter sauce. Along with garlic smashed redskin potatoes and Mom's homemade bread basket. Dessert is chocolate brownie trifle shots.
Cynthiana or La Vida Loca Red would go great with the brisket.
