This season's Wine and Dine begins with the popular Seafood Trio by Phillips Catering. Shrimp, sea scallops and salmon are sauteed in a garlic wine butter sauce and served on a bed of orzo. Fresh vegetables simmered in a basil wine sauce accompany.
Two great wines for this meal would be Autumn Harvest, a blend of peaches and pears or Main Squeeze, our superb white from Esprit & Frontenac Gris grapes with hints of pineapple.
