From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Iowa DNR, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and The Nature Conservancy will be hosting Workshop for Private Landowners: Fire Management and Implementation on Prairie Restorations. This workshop is free to all landowners interested in prairie restoration. No pre-registration required. Please attend the scheduled workshop to help address any concerns you may have prior to implementing a burn and meet with other landowners who are about to embark on their prairie management using prescribed fire. This workshop is NOT limited to O'Brien County residents, it is available to all that are interested.
