Riverside Campground is a small camping area located on the east edge of Coon Rapids on Walnut Ave. 12 electric sites are available for RV camping. There is room for tent camping as well. Well water is available but it is recommended that you bring your own drinking water. Each RV site has its own electric and water connection. A 3-mile paved hiking/biking trail is easily accessible from the campground, and a shelter house is available for free first-come, first serve usage in Riverside Park (a five minute walk from the campground). A new shower house/restroom is located near the campground; as is a dump station.
