The REA Museum tells the history of the first rural electric utility plant west of the Mississippi. The 1854 Old Stone House and cabin preceded the first settlement in Franklin County. Maynes Grove park offers hiking and cross-country ski trails, a four-season lodge and a 280-acre lake stocked with bass and bluegill.
